Cancellation policy:

• 100% refund of the deposit if canceled at least 2 months before the check-in date.
• 50% refund of the deposit if canceled at least 1 month before the check-in date.
• No refund of the deposit if canceled less than 1 month before the check-in date.
• Independent of cancellation time, if we manage to rent out the property to other guests, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
